Background:

Born into the cultural melting pot of Hackney, East London and brought up listening to his father’s love of soul music, it was soon very clear that El’tee was about to start his self-awakening journey into the music industry at a young age. With Dad, Tony T being a member of the successful 90’s group ‘Benz’ and then ‘Phats & Small’, music and singing ran through his blood and he was introduced to professional recording at just 13.

Influenced by the likes of Chris Brown, Stormzy, Frank Ocean and Krept & Konan, El'tee's musical journey is becoming one of self-discovery and innovation.

Present:

After a year of being signed to the development and management arm of Avenoir Records, El’tee has been clawing his way up the music industry ladder. Time in the studio with veteran songwriter and producer, Martin West (Romans, Estelle, Sinitta, Mark Hill) has already produced a near finished album, as yet untitled, and his debut E.P release , ‘No.1 Contender’ that was released to the digital stores in September 2017. Within the industry this piece of work, and live performances of it, has already received critical acclaim drawing comments such as:

Having spent the year performing at gigs and showcases around London and the South East culminating in a performance in front of 4,000 people at Wembley Arena in August 2017, El’tee is now ready to take his own brand of Pop, RnB and Rap to the next level during the course of 2018.

The E.P ‘No.1 Contender’ by El’tee is out now on iTunes, Spotify and all leading online platforms via Avenoir Records.
